Customer Service

The following are are policies regarding sales of products on Edgemall:
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and E-Checks through PayPal (under our EdgeWorld account).
  • We also accept Money Orders, Cashier Checks and Personal Checks by mail.
    If you are not ordering online through PayPal, please call in your order to 949-654-9200.
    If you wish to use a personal check, your order will not ship for 1-4 weeks in order for us to make sure your check clears.
  • We ship using U.S. Postal Priority Air. Most products ship within 1 business days of receiving an order. U.S. Priority Air takes 1 to 3 days depending on area.
  • Return Policy
    1. 15 days from date of purchase.
    2. Non-defective returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
    3. If you are returning card packs (gaming, sports, etc), they must be unopened and in new condition. If we find any evidence of tampering or resealing, your return will be forfeited.
    4. All returns must be in like-new condition.
    5. Before returning your items, you must contact us via e-mail at:
      service@edgemall.com (Use "Return" as your Subject)
      Please remember to include your order number and a brief description of the items you are returning and why. We will respond to you with an RMA number which you will need in order get a refund or exchange. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER!
    6. After review of your returned product, you will be issued a check or credit to your account within 5 business days. The amount will not include our cost for shipping and handling
  • If you need to contact us regarding problems with your order, please e-mail us with your order number. Use the following e-mail address:

  • Pricing and availability is subject to change without notice
  • Cancellations of orders will not be accepted after items have shipped, but you can still use our 15-day Return Policy (so please be careful that you order only what you want)
